What You’ll Do:
- Build new financial reports for company’s future use
- Analyze, update, and restore existing data and reports
- Build, update, and verify new and existing contracts
- Optimize financial data entry and analysis with emphasis on invoicing
- Manage the MS SharePoint tool to enhance data accuracy and report output
- Improve data synchronizing between existing data bases
- Specifically:
- Aged Invoice reporting and analysis
- Consolidated financial tracker per GL reporting
- Invoice reconciliation in SP database
- Contract entry for consistent data in SP database
- Participation in monthly close process for journal preparation and high level review
Required Skills:
- High proficiency in MS SharePoint and MS Office programs: MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in procurement, contract generation/analysis
- Experience in financial report generation
- Minimum 1-3 years of data entry experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance field is required
