In this role, you will manage onboarding and implementation of our client’s services. You will own the customer experience, from project planning through to support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in expediting freight shipments

•Routing of shipments as a backup for the freight division

• Work with all Project Managers to ensure all Purchase Orders are entered and project inventory reports are accurate and up to date

• Administrative functions associated with the tracking of project shipments

• Work with Project Managers and Vendors to confirm POD’s are uploaded and reconciled and shipments are accurately noted

• Maintain and foster carrier relationships to ensure success in meeting customer’s logistics needs

• Update and maintain carrier, shipper, and client information in logistics management software

• Provide administrative support including (but not limited to) filing, report preparation, following up on freight claims, punch resolution, etc.

• Provide administrative support to the warehouse division including entering project delivery tickets and receiving reports

• Confirm daily delivery schedule with warehouse and Project Manager

• Update and maintain inventory, collect damage reports and other pertinent information for in-house logistics management software

• Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement effective solutions
