One of our best clients has an opening for a Customer Success Specialist in their Broomfield (from home for now), CO office. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a top ranked company. As a temporary member of the Provider Compliance team, you will be auditing use of our clients back-up care, specifically Crisis Care and Out of Network Care. This will include confidential contact information. As a part of the review you may be asked to contact these employees via phone to coach them on the proper use of the benefit. You will work closely with the Provider Compliance Specialist and Provider Compliance Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Pulling advance finds in our system ad exporting to Excel
- Analyzing the use is within set parameters
- Reporting findings to Compliance Manger
- Potentially contacting said employees via phone to provide coaching
What You Bring
- High School Diploma
- High attention to detail
- Experience using Excel and Word
- Experience with customer service via phone
