This mid/senior-level position is perfect for anyone looking to advance their career in recruiting, sales, staffing and consulting. This unique opportunity will allow you to actively sell, manage your book of business, while building and leading the office branch. You will select and lead a team of Recruiters and Account Managers. Veriant is committed to training, mentoring, and supporting you and the team you build.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and attend client meetings, with the goal of engaging with Veriant as a business partner for professional staffing and consulting services
- Negotiate with clients and candidates to establish appropriate rates and contract terms
- Manage client relationships to expand Veriant’s presence within the account
- Build a branch of Recruiters and Account Managers

- Bachelor’s degree
- High level customer service skills and experience
