JOB SUMMARY

Supports the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of business units, and provides integrated analysis of financial and operational metrics.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the internal and external customer experience.

Comparing with the budget consumption report and list items that are low on funding, items that need to purchase orders extended, and check for duplicate requisitions.

Review the general ledger or invoice reconciliation sheet and mark off invoices for the current month that have been reconciled and assist with monthly accrual accuracy.

Review invoices for no-release contracts and assist in applying charges to the appropriate accounts.

Weekly analysis of pending approvals routing through the systems for contracts and requisistions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
