One of our top clients is looking for a Paid Search Analyst to join their team in the Denver area. This is a great opportunity work for an established but fast growing digital marketing and sales agency.
What You’ll Do:
In this position you will be working on multiple client accounts across a variety of industries and verticals. Your top priority is always to get the client the best possible results at the lowest cost. On a day to day basis you can expect to:
- Audit, optimize and build paid search accounts across multiple brands
- Plan, manage, and execute Paid Search / Pay Per Click (PPC) / Social Advertising campaigns, including strategy development, optimization, reporting, and management
- Consult and communicate strategy and opportunities to management and client contacts
- Stay current on PPC trends, best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth and to identify new opportunities
- Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings
- Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization
- Handle bid management towards CPA targets
What You Bring:
You are proficient in the latest and greatest techniques and ad formats, but you also think strategically about projects. You are a down to earth person who favors results and is looking for the right fit. You have:
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience managing Paid Search campaigns and a track record of success in growth and optimization
- The ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively discuss rationale and needed courses of action to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients all over the country
- The ability to work autonomously to research PPC issues and formulate tangible solutions
- A solid understanding of reporting metrics and ability to generate action plans from them
- Strong written skills and experience writing ad copy that is both effective and optimized
- Proven PPC skills, optimization techniques, and bid management
- Experience with bid management tools, including the knowledge of their different types of search engine marketing tactics
- Advanced experience in Excel
- A bachelor’s degree
- A working understanding of Display Media, SEO, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution (preferred)
